ヴィニウスは、ラベルのメインモチーフである架空の鳥の名前で、ジャン・クロード・マス氏の自然の摂理に基づいたワイン造りと、自然環境への強い思いを象徴しています。ラングドック地方のリムー、カルカッソンヌ、ベゼナの葡萄で造られ、オーク樽熟成が基本の「ヴィニウス・ヴィンヤーズ」。
洋ナシ、パイナップルやパッションフルーツなどのトロピカルフルーツや、わずかに柑橘の香り、ほんのりヴァニラのような香りも感じられる。フレッシュでいきいきとした酸味を感じるミディアムボディの辛口。
