「ベルトラン・アンブロワーズ」は、フランス・ブルゴーニュ地方のプルモー・プリセに拠点を置くワイン生産者です。１９８７年に設立され、現在は１７ヘクタールの畑をビオロジック（有機栽培）で管理しています。醸造方法としては、樽の影響を抑えるために特注の４００リットルサイズの樽を使用し、果実味を最大限に生かしたスタイルを追求しています。
クリアなゴールドのローブ、白い花とバターを思わせる香り。口当たりはとろりとし、白い花と柑橘の柔らかなアロマがいっぱいに広がる。このアロマティックさと余韻の長さが魚料理、シーフード、玉ねぎのタルト、チーズならボーフォール、コンテによく合います。
